All,

Can somebody relieve my confusion on iCloud email addresses please?

I started off years ago with a mac.com email address and that's still my Apple
ID. As the years went by Apple gave me a me.com address when mobile me came
about and then an iCloud.com address when mobile me was retired.

So now I have three email addresses, one of which is the primary and two of
which are aliases (although I don't really understand which is which). Now I've
just noticed, since I updated to Mountain Lion I think, that my iMac and my Mac
Book are not picking-up email sent to the me.com address despite the fact that
the address is listed as an alias of iCould in the Mail accounts pane (my iPad
is picking up me.com email but my iPhone isn't, even though I can't see an
obvious difference in the way their two accounts are set up). iCloud web mail
is getting me.com emails. Arrrggh!

Anybody got any idea what's going on?

Thanks
Phil
