Hi folks
Is there an easy way to see what the text in a pdf is behind the image?
For instance you might see 'tree' in the pdf, but copy and paste gives
you a string of gibberish. (I'm sure I worked this out once, years ago
but can't recreate it...)
Googling just gives me a pile of lame articles about 'hidden features in
Preview' (usually er not so hidden in practice).
