Seconded. My iPhone 4 has a new lease of life, even after switching back on the motion effects (that I'd disabled to try to speed things up).

Just updated and MUCH zippier for me on iPhone 4. It was ok before, but now really is as fast as iOS6 felt. So far, I'm rather pleased with the little tweaks and improvements, and certainly the speed bump makes it usable... encouraging me to hang on for iPhone 6!!?!
