Hi Gilly

It depends if you mean Adobe Flash Player, for viewing Flash animations, or 
Adobe Flash for creating them. Flash Player is freely available from 
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/, Flash is a paid-for App but you can use 
Creative Cloud to rent it for £14 per month from Adobe, requires a yearly 
subscription though.
