Howdy, I've a worrying issue with my email. I swapped from pop to IMAP from POP yesterday. I lost my phone and so bought an iPad as a replacement and wanted it all set up so I can effectively use as my mobile computer/ phone.
Anyway, all went well. We have google apps for the business so easy set up and I am archiving the emails. The thing is the status window in the bottom of mail is open and I noticed that the incoming mail got to 32million messages ie it was saying downloading 32,345,345 of 32,456,456. Is there mischief going on here do you think? I receive all our site and app email so there are probably hundreds of thousands of emails since we started using google, but not 32 million, I don't think. There's around 10,000 emails archived which is about right.
