Morning Smuggers, One of my macs is a late 2009 27" iMac (OS 10.9.4). It has slowed down in recent months. I asked a Mac repair person if they could look at it with the aim of speeding it back up.
They told me the problem is that I upgraded to Mavericks and that it's not designed with this machines in mind. Is that so?
