Have a look around DaringFireball for a bit more. Seems they sacked them the day after the Apple Event (charming, eh?)

Has anyone else noticed that MacWorld US print edition has closed and the associated staff been sacked? IDG have said they will keep the electronic

I have subscribed to the MacWorld UK edition for over 20 years and prior to that used to buy it every month from the Newstand when I lived in Hong Kong. I enjoy reading it on my train journey up to London where mobile signal is unreliable. I hope the UK version is not going to close, although it has thinned out considerably in the last few years I suppose most magazines
will go this way in the future.
