If "Toluna" appears in the Sender details each time, your Mail rules are
the right place to include your filter instructions to remove these
emails to trash, but make sure you use the "includes" option.

people trying to earn "fees" by sending survey requests for Toluna.
Can you not make an email filter for Sender including "Toluna" to be
sent to Trash.

I use SpamSieve (of which I am a great fan), but it seems not to
work with this address. I have also blocked the address in Mail
Preferences under "Rules", but that doesn't work either.
Can anyone suggest what I can do to get rid of this constant annoyance?
