Good morning, I seem to be one of the few who is experiencing no problems at all - I have a lot of Mailboxes and Smart Mailboxes and everything is behaving absolutely fine, indeed better if anything when syncing between iPhone, MacBook Air and iMac. On a lighter note I quite like the new mail send sound as well!
