Thanks Sam - but I have no idea how to do a full backup? It (and my iPad) won’t allow me to log on to iCloud (iMac will do it fine) so I can’t use that to back up. If I weren’t so busy with a work deadline and then going to Northumberland I’d take it to the Genius bar…!
