Morning everyone My daughter has an iPod Shuffle, an older one with the touch screen. It appears on the desktop when connected but not in iTunes. This is annoying her as we can't sync any music to it.
I have tried the following: - restarting both computer (iMac) and iPod. - resetting iPod both by going to menu and by pressing the on/off button and - button till the apple appears - tried it on different accounts on the computer - reinstalled iTunes. I have also tried dragging and dropping music to it on the desktop. I can then "see" that music in Finder but the iPod doesn't seem to understand that I've done it and it doesn't appear in the iPod itself. Help please?
