Hi all, I have downloaded an ebook from outside the iBookstore. I have popped it into iBooks on my Mac and have setup a few bookmarks, highlighted text and made notes.
I then added the same book to my iPad but when I open iBooks on the iPad there are no notes or bookmarks. Mac is running latest Yosemite and iPad Air is running latest iOS 8. I have the same Apple ID on both devices and settings on my iPad are to sync collections and sync bookmarks and notes as required by Apple. Does this supposed syncing feature work in this situation or must the books be downloaded from the iBookstore? Thanks for any help. Stephen We are Costa of Borg.
