Is this possible or will the two different operating systems clash and data will be lost? An iPhone 4 can’t be updated to ios8 so on the surface it seems like an insoluble problem. Have just been searching Apple’s iPhone knowledge base but failed to find the answer. Thanks for any help in advance. Nick
