Ping says it's not there. This isn't platform specific. Is this on an
intranet? Are DNS settings on all machines the same? Is there a listof
approved IPs it will respond to? and other such security things (which
seem likely for an admin area)

Howdy,
One of our guys has a macbook pro and is unable to access our admin,
it
just comes up with "The web page is unavailable" He's tried all
browser,
cleared cache, googled it and still can't access. Everyone else can!
We
recently changed our ssl cert on the website and admin but this
shouldn't
mess with things would it?
Completely at a loss as to what to do.
The url in question is https://admin.fanchants.net
