Hi y’all, Just felt I had to encourage people to update to this release if you were prevaricating. The replacement of Apple’s broken network discovery software with the “new” old one has made a big difference! My USB networked drive now always appears really quickly instead of taking 30+ seconds, or failing to connect at all. Also, I no longer end up with suffixes like (3) on our computer names AND my iPad and iPod appear and respond far quicker in iTunes. Safari seems to be a bit nippier too.
Good stuff. I now wish I had an Xcode Beta 3 that worked instead of crashing whenever I try to do anything at all with it! Ah well, can’t have it all. Sigh. Regards, Stephen P.S.
