are you sure she didn't just enter the email address wrongly? Or is this one of many?

I would reply to the order and ask them to contact her to check (they may have a phone number). Or, if you like the look of the dress, get the delivery address changed;)

Of course I know I can go into iCloud and delete the alias and I don’t think there is any financial threat but it means that that alias is unusable as any reply would also go to her I presume. No idea how she could have taken it over. Any thoughts as to how I can reclaim it/ resolve it? Maybe a Genius Bar appointment?
