Hi Gilly Go to the Mail menu > Preferences > Accounts > check each account’s “full name” field to make sure it’s correct. That’s the name which attributed to your outgoing emails. If you’ve sent out an email with that as the From name, you may now be in everyone’s list of recently used contacts as “From Family & Friends”, not much you can do about that, although in Mail > Window menu > Previous Recipients > you can delete the entry there.
