Is there a genius in the group who can solve this one? My MBP works fine with my printer in Sussex, Canon MG3500, but now we are in London it will not work with Canon MX435. From Printers and Scanners in System Preferences, two printers are shown - MG3500 and MX430. When I do a test page with MX430 selected, the printer activates and appears to print but the paper comes out with nothing on it. Why is MX435 not shown in Printers and Scanners? Does this mean there are no drivers for it and that the Sys Pref page is showing MX430 as the nearest printer to it? Any solution to this infuriating problem would be most welcome!
