Google "Java for OS X 2015" and there's an installer from Apple to download

My daughter has a MacBook Pro which is around two years old.  It is running the 
latest version of the Mac OS and she keeps getting a message which says "To use 
the 'Java' command-line tool you need to install a JDK.  Please click on the 
..."  When she follows the instructions she is taken to a "Download for Java" 
page and follows the instructions.  However, although she does the download and 
install the message will pop up every time she starts the machine.

The last time she had something like this I remember downloading an update from 
a different source or something which cured the problem.
