Hi Rob

Are you moving to a new phone or a new laptop? If it’s the iPhone, just back up
to iTunes as normal (tick to encrypt the backup in iTunes and it’ll store your
passwords) then plug the new iPhone in via USB and restore that way.

If it’s a new laptop, back up to an external drive using Time Machine, then
plug that into the new laptop and migrate the data that way. Your iTunes
library will be moved across and should sync as normal to the iPhone.

Regards

Sam
