Have you tried signing out of and back into Facebook/Twitter in system
preferences?

I'm still on Mavericks, but just a few days ago, when I click either Messages
or Twitter from Notification Centre, nothing happens at all. Previously, it was
very handy indeed!

I've rebooted.
I've turned the buttons off/on.
Is it a Finder rebuild or......?
