I have been using Documents by Readdle on my iPad and find it excellent. Can someone advise me about a similar app for my MacBookPro? At present I am using Pages to write a book on my MBP and saving it to my desktop. But I am not confident that this is a safe method and that I will always be able to retrieve it. (Yes, I do back up to an external disk). I would prefer to be able to open and work on the book within an app such as Documents, but this is only made for iPhones and iPads. Any suggestions?
