Pop the apps in the trash and empty
Create a new admin user in system preferences
Log in as that user
Delete your previous user, opting to delete the users home folder securely
That should be all you need to do

the few personal apps and Google Chrome which is the browser that I installed
for personal Internet access and remove the other associated personal
information so that it does not fall into anyone else's hands, where do I go in
the various folders and what do I remove exactly apart from deleting the
application?
