Found it, my own address in the deleted list, I've removed it so hopefully this will land in Sent and Smug.Took ages to find because the (New) lists in Outlook.Com cannot be searched. With this latest update of Outlook.Com they have retained your old rules these you can search, but they cannot be edited, you have to create a new rule and delete the old one.
