Also 'asking for a friend' (no really): an iPhone with a dodgy Lightning
connenctor - he has to get it at just the right angle to charge. Is that
something simple to fix, or fiendishly complicated (and hence expensive)? He
claims that he's done all the raking out fluff, blowing, etc.
