I highly recommend Rapidweaver by RealMac Software. They're based in Brighton (doesn't mean anything really but it's nice to support a local developer). I suspect you'll find it a bit of a learning curve but it's very flexible, has a thriving community around it, a very helpful forum and lots of add-ons for things like shops, content management and so on.
You can also download a fully functional trial that's limited - I think - to a couple of pages. I've got no connection with RW, just an enthusiastic user.
