Hi Sam, 

Yes, Mail ticked in System Preferences/iCloud. Have also tried unticking and 
restarting, and have unticked everything in iCloud and restarted MBP. It’s made 
no difference. 

I’ve tried adding a 2nd iCloud email account in Mail Preferences and nothing 
happens. I have discovered that I can send stuff from my mac.com address if I 
use the Gmail server.
