My daughter's iPhone (5c) was playing up - apps crashing almost immediately,
etc. On investigation, it showed that there was 0 bytes free.
Stupidly, because I couldn't talk to her about what could be deleted, I tried
rebooting in case that recovered a small amount of memory - but it never came
back. It shows the apple logo for a minute or so, then switches off again.
Attaching to a computer running iTunes has the same effect.
Is there a way to restart it in a 'safe' mode or similar, that might allow me
to clear some space? Failing that, is there a way to reset it altogether?
Thanks in advance,
Ben
