A tip - to watch videos in Safari when they demand Flash. Go to Safari->Preferences.
Under the ‘Advanced’ tab, at the bottom turn on ‘Show Develop menu in menu bar’. Close preferences. Now find a video that demands Flash, then from the menus select Develop->User Agent->Safari-IOS 10-iPad Reload the page with the video and it is likely to play, albeit in slightly reduced quality, but I cannot always tell the difference.
