Hi Tony, I have tried again & againnnnnn.. I can rearrange sideways as we've been able to do since tabs but I cannot drag down. Tried using a stylus instead of my finger but nowt.
Are you sure it an iPad Air and not an Air 2. This article says iPad mini 4 & Air 2, plus split screen.
