I *think* the membership is referring to their .com service (which they now 
most keenly promote) whereby you pay monthly subs for a web based service, 
as opposed to one off fee to download the app.

Sounds like, like me, you have purchased the app and tf. the user licence.

I'm not convinced at all about the web based version, but...
