Almost certainly junk and probably dangerous.
I would suggest NO ONE clicks that link and maybe the Administrator should 
remove the posting.

Apple are very unlikely to send you a ‘bit.do’ link. It would appear to 
redirect to some javascript on a Swiss Google account. I found that by 
validating the link and viewing the source code. If you look at the original 
email headers, it almost certainly does not come from Apple.

BTW its not really very clever to post such a link that others in the Group may 
inadvertently click.
