This is too much of a coincidence to ignore. For a few days until yesterday morning when I cleared the backups (and started again) from my free 5GB iCloud storage I had received one or two genuine emails from Apple warning me the free space was almost full and then this arrives overnight. It could be a coincidence but this ‘warning’ is a first scam email for me. Usually it’s about sign-in attempts to my Apple ID blocked.
