You're probably talking about me (an autistic tic, I struggle with
salutations and signing, they literally mean nothing to me and I
literally forget them completely all the time, nor do I notice if they
are missing in messages I receive).
But in my emailer, I see the name of the sender so I didn't realise
there *could* be an issue. I'll try to remember to sign off in future.
