He can add you as a contact in the address book on the webmail for that 
service. iOS doesn’t filter junk, it relies on the server’s filtering instead. 
If your friend logs into (for example) gmail.com <http://gmail.com/> and adds 
you there, or marks your emails not as junk, it shouldn’t filter them in future.
