Depending on the iOS, on the Mini 2, I think the new iPad will walk you through it wirelessly, rather like the iPhones do.
Failing that, sync your Mini 2 to your Mac with iTunes (I'm unaware of what iMazing can do) and then you can set up your new iPad with the backed up version. That'll take most things across, albeit inevitably some passwords and things to enter. Hope that helps?
