Hello everyone Insurance money has come through, so I can now replace my pinched MBPro.
Is it possible to restore from TimeMachine but excluding my Photos Library? It's huge, and I won't need them on my new MBPro as they're safely stowed elsewhere now. I did Google it, but prefer the friendly and helpful replies from SMUGGERS!
