The usb-C port on the iPad Pro means that most USB microphones will work, just
depends on wether iOS recognises them. You could try a clip on mic like this

I am using dictation on iPad Pro and on MacBook Pro. I am wondering whether
the accuracy could be improved if I use a mike. I am copying from old
journals so my head is pointing to one side as I am reading the text as I
dictate. Any suggestions of a good microphone would be appreciated.
