Hi Sam The serial number is C1MRC3URDTY3 It turns out to be older than I thought - mid 2012 13in runnng Catalina 10.15.4 VERY slowly! (16 minutes today from turn on to log in to his hangout..) He has 4Gb RAM. What are our options? Tilly
