Dear Smuggers, Has anybody had this problem? In the morning, when I sit down at the MBP, I open the lid and the log-in page appears. I then touch the top right finger print sensor button and, if MBP is in a good mood, the page I was working on yesterday opens immediately. But often MBP refuses to cooperate. The page doesn’t open, I enter the password and try to open page that way, and still it doesn’t open. At this point I panic and think I am never going to be able to access the page I was working on yesterday. Fortunately, up to now, my panic is short-lived because if I close the lid, and try the sensor button again. - after about 10 seconds the page opens. Great relief! But, why I wonder, is this happening? MacBookPro 2017 (10.15.5). The programme I am using is Scrivener. Any advice would be much appreciated. Virginia
