Me again

I'm finding it increasingly tricky to manage all storage for our family
across all our devices.

*MacOS*
We're all separate users on our iMac, and when I look at About This Mac >
Storage, it says there's 230+ GB in Other Users. That sounds like a lot and
I'm wondering if anybody has any tips about any potential culprits or
ginormous folders of logs or caches or...?!

*iOS*
We have 200GB of Family Sharing which is plenty. What I don't understand is
that when I'm reviewing the breakdown from my Admin account, my daughter's
iCloud Documents reports 7GB of Documents Storage. But, when you log in to
her account there's nothing like that in her iCloud Drive Documents folder,
so presumably it's collating several others?

We're currently on 14 days quarantine having had to return early from
France, so thought I'd do a bit of housekeeping! Any tips? I'm not too bad
at managing single user (Mac and iOS) storage but finding it less easy with
multiple. I'd prefer to do some culling, rather than simply buying more
storage for slowly accrued clutter!

Thanks folks

Adam
