Which does make me think that in any 'group' someone should act as 'librarian' and as part of that ensure that things such as OneDrive, iCloud Drive, etc., operate properly for the 'group'. If no member of the 'group' has the appropriate technical expertise then it questions whether sharing between group members is at all reliable?
