Some months ago, I asked for help with an irritating problem : using the writing program Scrivener, the highlight didn’t work when I copied and pasted. Eventually, after spending some time on the phone with Apple helpline, I sorted it out. Now the same problem has recurred. I suspect this happens after an update. But I can’t remember how I solved it last time. I know it was a Apple problem not a Scrivener problem. After I solved it last time, I wrote to Sussex Muggers telling you how I had solved it. Any chance that anybody can remember? At the time, Sam wrote in reply: “Ah yes….” But I can’t remember what he said. This is the worst part of being an octogenarian! Before I go through the tedious business of contacting Apple, but I thought I would ask Smuggers just in case somebody remembers. Virginia
