Hi folks,

Something which seems to be a lot more common with Monteroy than before is that my Mac (M1 Mac mini) is set to shutdown at midnight. I leave it running in the evening to sync with various things.

But almost every day I come back and it's still saying 'App X interrupted shutdown'. App X has apparently quit in the meantime, but not quickly enough for the OS. Unless I quit everything manually (which undermines making sure of the sync, it's not happening.

Any suggestions?

I could probably write an applescript that quit everything then waited five minutes then hit shutdown but am hoping that before I rediscover how awful I am at Applescript, there might be something simple I'm missing;)

Cheers,

Jason
