Try the following:

Quit Mail
Go to your home folder
Go to Library > Mail > V7 (or highest number there) > maildata > remove any
files beginning with Envelope Index
Reopen Mail and click continue to reimport

See if that helps

Hi, Every now and then I get emails on my MacBook Air which say "This message
has no content" yet I can see the contents on my iPhone or iPad.
Has anyone come across this and do you know the reason and how to resolve this?
Its very frustrating and its been happening across several releases of
software.
