Some places to check would be : 

System Preferences > Users & Groups > Your user > Login Items
Finder window > Left Sidebar > Favourites > any folders or icons pointing to 
any file which used to be on the Stora drive
Finder window > top toolbar > same thing with icons
Dock > right-side of the divider line > same thing with icons
