Hi SMUGgers,

I’ve just installed Ventura (like you do) and was bombarded by a dialog with
something to the effect of “DisplayLinkUserAgent has been damaged and cannot be
used” about every 3 seconds.

I’ve found out it was a 2019 version of DisplayLink by Synaptics.com so I
downloaded & installed their latest version and all is well. 😃

However … I have no idea why it’s there, why I would want it (something to do
with external displays which I don’t have) or if something else might have
installed it, or did I choose to install it myself after too much wine one
evening?

Any thoughts welcome x I’d just like to remove it.

Cheers,
Stephen
