Hi Philip,

Internet addresses cannot accept spaces in the an IP address, to solve this 
they are automatically changed to %20 which, unless I forget, is the hex code 
for a space. So there is nothing wrong with this in an Internet or IP address. 
Try what it gives you and see what happens.

Sounds as if WD might have been hacked.
