Thank you, Sam. Sorted. Great relief. Is the printer generally connected via wifi? Have you tried rebooting the printer & wifi router, or pushing the WPA buttons on the printer and router within 2 mins of each other? That should reset the wifi connection.

Hi Smuggers. Can you advise me? My Canon Pixma printer TS5050 has gone AOL - my computer (MacBook Pro) and iPad say it is offline. It has worked reliably for 3 years. Nothing has changed. The connections are the same. The router is the same. Does “offline” mean the printer needs to be replaced?
