Brilliant, Russell. Zoom was turned on. I have turned it off. Thank you! My working hours may differ from yours. Please be assured that I do not expect a reply outside of your normal working hours.
Hi Virginia
I don't KNOW but check Settings -> Acessibility -> Zoom and check it's turned off? There's also back tap in "touch" in accessibility settings, if that's on and set to zoom it may be contributing?
Hope that helps

Hi Smuggers, Advice please.
I carry my iphone (13 pro) in a separate compartment in my rucksack. It is asleep but not turned off. On two occasions this week, when I took the iphone out of my rucksack, it had turned itself on and the screen was magnified to such an extent, that I couldn’t read or navigate on it. All I could do was instruct Siri to turn it off. When I turned it on again, it was back to normal. Is there anything I can do to stop this happening?
Virginia
